Welcome to Starline Cleaning Services LLC. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking any services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Starline Cleaning Services LLC, governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Our Services
Starline Cleaning Services LLC provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Dubai, including deep cleaning, villa cleaning, office cleaning, move-in/out cleaning, carpet cleaning, and recurring cleaning services. Services are subject to availability within our service areas (Dubai South, Arabian Ranches, Damac Hills, and surrounding communities). We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that: You are at least 18 years of age; You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement; You are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to book cleaning services; All information you provide is accurate and complete.
Booking & Confirmation
Bookings can be made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or email. A booking is confirmed only upon our written or verbal acknowledgment. We will provide an estimated time of arrival, duration, and scope of work. Any changes to confirmed bookings must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual scope of work differs significantly from the initial assessment.
Payment Terms
All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. For recurring services, payment terms may be established in a separate service agreement. Late payments may incur a fee of 5% per month on outstanding amounts. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Free cancellation or rescheduling is available with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted service price. No-shows or cancellations at the time of arrival will be charged the full service fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule at no additional cost.
Customer Obligations
You agree to: Provide accurate property information and access details; Ensure safe access to the property at the scheduled time; Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before our arrival; Inform us of any hazardous materials, substances, or conditions; Provide reasonable working conditions for our cleaning staff; Keep pets secured during the cleaning service; Not make inappropriate requests or behave inappropriately toward our staff.
Liability & Insurance
Starline Cleaning Services LLC maintains comprehensive liability insurance. We exercise reasonable care in performing our services. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, please report it within 24 hours of service completion with photographic evidence. Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, up to a maximum of the service fee paid. We are not liable for: Pre-existing damage or wear and tear; Damage to items not disclosed prior to service; Items of exceptional value unless declared in advance; Damage caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Starline Cleaning Services LLC, its employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: Your breach of these Terms; Your violation of any applicable laws; Your negligence or willful misconduct; Any injury to our staff caused by hazards not disclosed.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the quality of cleaning and does not cover subjective preferences or items beyond the agreed scope of work.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Starline Cleaning Services LLC and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or our services, we encourage you to first contact us directly to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to mediation in Dubai, UAE. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You agree to attempt good-faith negotiations for at least 30 days before initiating formal proceedings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Dubai, UAE. Our services comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations, including consumer protection laws and labor regulations.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website with an updated 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify existing customers of significant changes via email or at the time of their next booking.
